Brown-Khaki Nano Dog Coat This garment is one of the accessories featuring patented Nanosphere technology, which offers a range of benefits for dogs… and their owners as well. The many qualities of Nano products are: – they stay clean «naturally,» reduce bacterial growth, and are resistant to both wear and tear caused by active dogs – they are non-toxic, safe for the animal, and environmentally friendly (as certified by several labels) – extremely resistant to liquids (waterproof), various types of dirt, and animal fats (from the skin, for example) – reduce the proliferation and spread of bacteria, which are often the cause of unpleasant odors in some dogs, and thus also prevent many bacterial infections and allergies, creating a healthier environment for the dog – highly resistant to wear and tear, making them durable; their longevity is a significant benefit for your wallet (the extra cost of purchasing a Nano product is quickly recouped) – retain their original soft look and feel for a long time, ensuring optimal comfort for the dog – the protective finish remains effective even after 50 wash cycles, provided certain rules are followed: machine wash at low temperature (short cycle), use a minimal amount of liquid soap/detergent, but above all, NEVER use harsh or corrosive agents such as fabric softeners, dryer sheets, bleach, etc., and avoid drying in a high-temperature dryer. For cushions with internal padding, wash the padding in clean water only after removing the cover (for which a small amount of liquid detergent may be used, as noted above) – require far fewer washes and dry much faster than other beds/cushions/coats/… – We had the opportunity to test the cushions with an English bulldog, «known» for emitting strong body odors, and quite honestly, the difference is striking compared to other types of cushions. Nano coats are therefore accessories with highly desirable qualities, definitely worth checking out. The outer, quilted layer is made using patented Nano technology and is therefore waterproof; on the inside, there is very soft fleece for the dog’s comfort. The closures, both at the front (on the upper chest) and under the belly, use Velcro strips that offer plenty of adjustability (5 cm under the neck and nearly 10 cm under the belly), so the dog’s build isn’t an issue. Note: In the photo, the coat’s trim appears very beige; in reality, it is khaki (admittedly quite light, but not beige either…). 10 sizes are available (you must measure the length from the base of your dog’s neck to the base of its tail to find the right size): 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, and 70 cm.
