Il est exigé que l'animal ait eu un traitement anti-puces. S'il y a des puces apparentes un traitement sera administrer à charge du propriétaire et la facture sera majorée.
Reservation terms.
It is better book in advance because the boarding kennel fills up very, very quickly during the school holidays, for the long holiday weekends as well as June and September (sometimes several months in advance).
To make the reservation, you can do so by phone or mail or when you come to visit me, which I highly recommend.
The minimum stay is 3 paid days (note, 5 days minimum in high season: see below).
Par ailleurs, lorsque je suis contactée par un nouveau client qui souhaite visiter la pension, je pré-réserve (sans engagement) une loge pour la période souhaitée, jusqu’au jour de visite ; ainsi, le client pourra décider, après la visite, s’il souhaite réserver fermement ou non. Je vous remercie d’avance de veiller à ce que la visite ait lieu le plus vite possible après la 1ère demande / le 1er contact pour ne pas bloquer une loge en vain.
To make a reservation, la procédure suivante est d’application pour tout séjour, et ne souffrira aucune exception, que le chat soit déjà venu ou non :
Stays of less than 5 days : payment of the’the full cost of the stay (to my bank account, or in cash) within 3 calendar days, following the day of booking
Stays of 5 days or more payment of a 50 % down payment of the total price of the boarding, to my bank account or in cash, within 3 calendar days following the day of booking.
The balance must be paid within 10 days prior to the start of the stay or settled at the pension on the day of arrival (payment by cash or credit card).
Your reservation is only valid if you follow the procedure described above exactly as stated. If you do not, the reserved box may be given to another guest, and we will not be held liable for any resulting disputes. Thank you very much in advance for your understanding.
During peak season
Period: School holidays and from June through September
Stays must be at least 5 paid days long.
Since these periods are crucial for maintaining business, stays that are too short (which almost always fall on weekends) would result in the cabins remaining vacant for too long, thereby preventing longer stays. This is why we have a minimum 5-day stay requirement during our high season. Please keep this in mind at all times; thank you for your cooperation.
Acompte : à la réservation, par virement de 50% du séjour (préciser le nom du chat et les dates de séjour en communication).
Solde : à l’arrivée du chat en pension, en liquide ou par carte Bancontact, ou par virement bancaire (au moins 10 jours avant la venue dans ma pension pour chat).
Pour toutes annulations, prévenir au moins 3 semaines à l’avance sinon l’acompte sera dû
Vous avez toujours le choix d’apporter la nourriture de votre animal (c’est même conseillé s’il est sensible d’un point de vue digestif ou s’il a une nourriture « spéciale »).
Une autre solution est de prendre la nourriture de la pension : j’utilise les croquettes de la marque C-pro Food au poulet ou au poisson.
The price is always listed per day of occupancy. Please note that, on the one hand, any day that has begun is due, and on the other hand, all days that have been reserved are and remain due, even in the event of an early departure.
